A healthy diet has a direct link to increased cognitive function and memory skills, decreased absenteeism from school, and improved mood. Balanced Diet Plan For Healthy Lifestyle:

Morning Walk :

Morning walk or some sort of exercise in the morning is essential for maintaining a healthy body. As it increases the circulation of blood in the body, enhances the metabolic process in the body and delays the aging process.
Do at least a half an hour(30 Minutes) brisk walk after getting up in the morning.

Breakfast :

One bowl of wheat grits (دلیہ) and a boiled egg with a cup of tea without sugar. Make it your daily habit.

10:00 A.M :

Any sort of fruits easily available. You can eat one apple, one orange, banana, grapes. You can drink a glass of juice also.

Lunch :

A full bowl of salad containing cucumber (کھیرا), carrot, cabbage, onions, tomatoes and beans (لوبیا)  or  Gram Peas (کالے چنے).

  • Take some rest for at least half an hour (30 mins) or 15 mins.

05:00 P.M :

An apple with a cup of milk. A great sort of balanced diet for healthy lifestyle.

Dinner :

Half chapati with Curry (سالن) without oil or ghee or in less amount.

Before Sleep :

Do at least 15 – 20 mins brisk walk. And take Green Tea before sleep.
