Attach your two recent passport size photographs, copy of CNIC and original bank deposit slip (NTS copy).
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION:
Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are not allowed in the test center premises.
Use a separate envelope and separate application form for each position you are applying for.
The application should reach the NTS office by the last date of submission of application form.
NTS will not be responsible for late receipt of application through courier/Pakistan post etc.
The last date for submission of rd application form is Wednesday 3rd May, 2017.
Applications received on or after Thursday 4th May, 2017 will be rejected.
