Mehwish was wearing a deep red shirt and Humayun Saeed was in a checkered grey shirt. Nida Yasir asked both artists about their diet routines. Mehwish told that she just skip rice, wheat, and sugar from her diet and add lots of vegetables and exercise. Humayun said that he ate a lot of food for some days and stop everything at once for some days, this thing helped him a lot. Further, he said that if you want to reduce weight then skip rice, wheat, and sugar and also do not have fried things. He adds lots of jogging and protein to his diet to remain healthy. Nida asked them about their favorite food. Mehwish replied she loves nihari and naan. She ate biryani, paratha, etc on normal days whereas Humayun is also a desi food lover. He told that in the last few days he ate qeema aalu, chicken, katakat, and nandos.
